Hey everyone. I'm going to be sending out an FC survey and I'd like as many people as possible to take part. Your individual answers will be kept secret and known only by me so you are answering on condition of %99.9 percent anonymity lol. I'm going to then tabulate the information and share it (once again anonymously) at our next staff meeting. This will be everyone's chance to be proactive and have a hand in shaping things to come and let us know what you'd like to see more of and how YOU can contribute towards whatever that might be.

That's not a bad idea. This is more something we do at certain junctures though. Feedback doesn't really need a monthly thread so much as we want it constantly. But this is more a grand scale type thing. We make other adjustments on the fly.
