I am posting this as I found out last night that some people are unaware of this feature. I had a really hard time finding an official page on how to set up cross hotbars on the Playstation systems, so I will attempt to offer some guidance here. Enabling cross hotbars will essentially add 16 extra slots for abilities without having to manually switch between hot bars. To enable this function, follow the steps below.

In the menu go to Character Configuration -> Hotbar Settings -> Cross

You will see there are quite a few options here and will most likely require you playing around with the settings to get them to your liking. My current system is that I share crossbar 8 with my main hotbar. This allows for me to hold L2 and then hold R2 (while still holding L2) to bring up one half of hotbar 8. Likewise when I hold R2 and then hold L2 (while still holding R2) it will bring up the other half of hotbar 8. I have found this to be quite a handy feature and keeps me from having to manually switch between hotbars using R1.

Yes it sure is Pastor! One of the tabs in the hotbar settings area will allow you to chose which cross bars to share with other jobs. Look for the "Shared Hotbars" option and it should all you to select which hotbars to share between classes. Therefore you can have a cross bar of general commands to share with all of your classes and cross bars that change based on which class you are.
