Now the only problem is if you blow the Hasty Touch, you might come a little short. Also, if you get to Byregot's Blessing and the material is poor, you're going to have 70-85% chance instead. (Happened twice to me when crafting my 50 hooks, but I got lucky and they ended up HQ).
