EVENTS (EXPECTATIONS FOR SIGNUPS) EVERYONE PLEASE READ AND COMMENT UNDERSTOOD. We need to get everyone on the same page as there are alot of new folks.
When attending events…

1: Please sign up as soon as you can.

2: Do NOT ask someone else to sign you up. It's not their responsibility. USE THE WEBSITE

3: Do NOT queue into anything you cannot quit before start time without penalty.

4: Be ready 15 mins beforehand. Use that time to pee, grab a beverage (hopefully non-alcoholic), and repair gear/get food potions, and get on mumble.

5: There are 3 statuses. Attending = means you will attend for full duration of the event. Standby = you will be ready as IF you ARE attending in case someone doesn't show you are ready to fill. this indicates you'd rather do something else but will help if needed. Maybe = If you're on you're on if not you're not but you'd like to be considered if you're on before Standby's are called.

6: If you will be late CONTACT SOMEONE ASAP. We may or may not wait.

7: Listed start time going forward will inlcude the 15 min organization window. For instance 7:45 start is 15 mins til queue. 8:00 queue. 8:05 if someone is still not there it's going in PF unless the party UNANIMOUSLY decides to wait. Nobody has the right to keep anyone else waiting. We should all be considerate of our fellow FC-mates.

8: There may not always be an officer in every event. In the case of this, please someone step up to offer to put the party together. It's really not hard. You go off the event list, and invite the people. Pick a room on mumble, and have at it.

9: Check the website 1 hour before start time approx to make sure the event is not cancelled. In event of extremely light signup we will make an announcement in FC Message of the Day as well and a shout but the site will always be the best source for update.

10: I have nothing else. We are alot better organized than most FC's. But there's always room for improvement and we need to be more considerate of others time. It's not fair to those who come prepared to constantly make the same folks wait.
