Good afternoon….

I am every so often tasked with making decisions that are unpleasant. Rangiku / Ichigo aka La Joi is a good friend of mine and will remain so. However in the long history she has had with the FC there has been a pattern which she has been made aware of with multiple warnings of conduct detrimental to the environment and morale. I had asked for patience from others for a long time and we have even had departures in the past because people could no longer deal with her nature of calling negative attention to herself or complaining about what she could not do when in reality it was always a choice she made herself. I have found her a home with an allied FC and they are going to give her a try there where personalities and hard feelings haven't caused a clash yet. It was time after yesterday's complaints that I once again received to make the change. I will apologize for her not being able to clear her private room out. I did not clarify to the urgency of carrying out the dismissal and I'll take full responsibility, and I'll be replacing any furniture she lost although it can be re-obtained from a new NPC from the housing ward so it should not be an issue. I spoke with Rangi in advance. Unlike other people who have been dismissed from this FC in the past (and it's been less than 5 in 2 years) Rangi is not a persona non grata and I fully expect to see her running things with us in the future, just not in the FC as it is better overall for the environment to limit the chat interaction on a daily basis. She is aware of her issues and will work on them. I won't let people bash her as she doesn't deserve it. We all have our flaws, her's just eventually grated on alot of the folks who have spent the most time with her. Any questions or concerns please speak to Sassie or Ziro.
