A bit about me and where 7C came from: I've been running 7C since the beginning of the launch of FFXIV:ARR here on Adamantoise with the help of a few folks who started us from the ground up. What led me to this point was an old game called Phantasy Star Online, my first MMO. I created a guild there when there was no guild system and I didn't even know what "guild" meant. We called it a team. From there I created Midnight Marauders, the Linkshell in FFXI which later the core group would turn into the beginnings of 7C. Due to unfortunate events in real life I had to take a sabbatical from MMO's and returned when DCUO came out and ran a successful close knit group on there known as The Phalanx. Everyone in that group knew I was biding my time for this.

I had no intention of running a group this time around until Nik, Chibi, and a couple other folks convinced me otherwise. Now it's my bastard love child and I pour about every free minute (and many not so free minutes) into it. I founded this group on being a home for all who wish to treat each other with respect, give each other help when needed, and those who just wish to enjoy the company of others while questing and conquering foes. I do not tolerate racist remarks, homophobic remarks, or things that can put members of the FC at risk due to violating terms of service. Our FC has been build by good word of mouth and I'd expect all members to put their best foot forward on any and all sites related to Final Fantasy XIV and in the game world itself when interacting with others. That <7C> next to your head means you are family. Don't make your family look bad and we will always be there for you.

Jamaica is my second home, and I have waaaaay too many cats. I love all things Mixed Martial Arts, Anime, Comics (though I no longer collect), Pro Wrestling, and Hip Hop (not radio play bullshit that passes for it nowadays). I'm always approachable and if you need anything at all message me in game or on Facebook.

Vizier - Sassie Minx
FB - Marrissa-Anne Yuen

Marrissa or Sassie, is another founding member of The Seventh Circle FFXIV edition and is our longest tenured Council member other than Nik and Mint and has now taken up the mantle of Vizier replacing Nik Elz so he can focus on more work/school related pursuits. In real life Marrissa is the better half of Curtis aka Nik and they live together in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada where she works for the TSA. Sassie was actually the person who brought me the 10k gil (back when that was alot to us) to activate our FC back on 11/11/13. Her main job in game is Paladin and makes up the other half of the tank monster known as Sasstaroth, (once again trademark yours truly), with Astaroth Sunder. She is one of our most helpful members when it comes to whatever it is the FC may need. Be it creating guides for the website, approving apps on our site, or getting everyone focused when a Primal run goes south. (There may be a little yelling involved but it comes from a place of love and getting everyone focused, not putting anyone down). Sassie held the fort down for the FC during a particularly rough stretch for the rest of our officers when everyone either had an ailment, family crisis, or were overwhelmed with work/school. She also maintained our gardening for quite some time as well. Always willing to help if she doesn't already have an event shes involved in or a personal goal she is working on, and is great at juggling time between getting her stuff done and still helping the FC as a whole. Lastly she has one heck of a track record for our community Dungeon Relay event Monday Night Mayhem. If you are fortunate to be on her team, it's a good bet you may pull off the win. Also the proprietor of Tank Club (What is tank club? We don't talk about tank club, but it might be the joke that just about all the officers either main or now have leveled a tank class). Also a big fan of anime and a former (and sometimes current) WOW player. Just don't get her started on WoW lore, you'll never hear the end of it.

Council - Astaroth Sunder
FB - Taze Balbosa

Astaroth Sunder, is also affectionately known as Asty, Asta, Big Guy, or as one of our notorious FC members began a trend of greeting him as "God Tank Astaroth". He's also known as Taze in real life. Yes that's his real name and I'm kind of jealous my parents only named me Brian. Asta has been tanking for us as a Warrior since day one of his arrival with the FC. He has gone from being someone who would simply answer the call if we needed a tank in dungeons, to one of our most dependable raiders and progression minded players. He has always shown a willingness to pitch in when others need help and is always logging in with what has become a catchphrase of sorts "Sup 7C". He's the deep jovial voice you will hear cracking jokes on mumble. Astaroth is very good at explaining fights from a tank perspective and if you are having issues as a Warrior with holding threat etc he's your man to go see. Asta is also quick to rep the Maelstrom in some Frontlines PVP so if you're on and hes on maybe hit him up to crack some skulls for The Admiral. He lives in the Garden State of NJ currently working on a degree as well as working for a grocery retail chain. Another fun fact , he also will strip for dollars in the FC basement for bachelorette parties, and is one half of the two headed tank monster known as Sasstaroth (trademark pending 2014 Brian Semon).

Hello 7C,

I have been a part of this outstanding free company for about a year and a half now. I took a temporary 6 month hiatus, but the 7C community still made me feel like a member even though I wasn't actively playing. I was a long time FF11 tank and FF14 is my first return to mmo's in about 7-8 years. I was looking for a community once I started playing and found Ziro through the GameFaqs message boards. After a few short months, I worked my way up through the ranks and joined small council with hopes of continually trying to make 7C the best FC on Adamantoise.

Running content with my FC mates is one of my favorite parts of this game. It always feels like I am running with friends and makes the dungeons/raids/etc feel that much more fun. I have just begun the 2nd raid group for our free company (Raiders of Eorzea is our team name) and I am looking forward to leading many successful raids! If you ever have have a question or just need a tank to take some hits to the face, always feel free to come to me.

Council - Ellashara Zanatar
FB - Stephen Campbell

Steve aka Ellashara or Ella for short was added to the Small Council on 3/14/15 when we were looking to add 1 or 2 folks to bolster our ability to fill and run events for the FC. Steve is ALWAYS one of the first folks to raise his hand no matter who needs what beat up across Eorzea. Always in a bright mood and willing to assist.

"Hi! My name's Steve! You can usually find me on as Ella (Ellashara Zanatar) or as my alt (Aylthania Fierlaine) I can't say I remember how long I've been part of 7C but it feels like it's been a lifetime ago and it's been my family away from the family. FFXIV is my first online FF game that I started playing more out of curiosity than anything else. A story I could get into and eventually the family I came to know as 7C helped keep me here I can normally be quiet, but will happily toss in a hello or good night for those coming or going!

I'm an avid gamer, avid reader (between physical books and ebooks, I usually have two or more books in progress at any given time), and anime fan. I have every system currently shy of Xbox One. Favorite game genres tend to be rhythm (<3 Rock Band!), racer, RPG, and fighter. If you're on PSN or even XBL on the 360, feel free to hit me up (PSN and XBL name is Aezirath.)

First online RPG I played was PSO back on Dreamcast. I've also played DCUO, EQ1, EQ2, GW1, GW2, SWTOR briefly and I'm a former WoW player with almost 10 years under my belt there as tank, healer and various DPS classes. I also served my guild there as the resident Loremaster/Storyteller/Tour Guide.

I currently main as MNK, but also have DRG and WAR available for higher end stuff if needed and I'm always happy to try new approaches and rotations to help be as good as I can be with any of the classes I bring to the table as well as happily turn any boss fight into a Manderville dance-off for the sake of tradition!

IRL, I'm originally from the state of Massachusetts but moved halfway across the country to North Texas on a wing and a prayer as it were. I'm currently working for a local distribution center for their Systems department."

Council - Fuko Ibuki
FB - John Ingle

Hey! Fuko Ibuki here. I started playing FFXIV shortly after launch on the PS3 because PC versions were sold out. I eventually upgraded to PC and it was the best move I could make. My journey began trying to form my own FC with a buddy of mine. That didn't pan out and we eventually ended up in a huge FC on another server (GoWar on Adamantoise). I enjoyed my time with GoWar and was even part of a rotating raid team. Unfortunately the FC just got too massive and ended up falling apart. I was pretty lost for a while in a small FC until I found 7C. It immediately peaked my interest and I filled out an application. And I'm glad I did! I honestly can't imagine myself in any other Free Company.

As far as MMO history goes, back in the day I was a hardcore WoW player. I played every class from melee DPS to healer. My first official raiding character was a Tauren Fury Warrior. I sure do miss the days of destroying DPS meters. Other than that I raided as Ret Paladin, Holy Paladin, Holy Priest, Kitty DPS Druid, and Resto Druid. After WoW I quit MMOs for a long time. After a while I started trying out new ones as they came out or I discovered them (Tera, Aion, GWII, etc.), but nothing stuck with me. Not until FFXIV came around. Now I can't imagine myself ever quitting this game.

And yeah I guess I will tell a little bit about myself. My real name is John, I'm 27, and I've been working at the same hospital for 7 years. I'm a home owner and an anime lover. My favorite anime are Clannad, Steins;gate, Toradora, and Yuru Yuri (don't judge me). My favorite games are the Final Fantasy series (of course), Zelda series, Pokemon series, Monster Hunter series, and DDR. I used to be a HARDCORE DDR player, oh man.

My work hours have recently changed so I have taken up the role of Field General and decided to try my hand at leading a raid team through Coil and beyond. I look forward to working with everyone and our hard work bearing fruit. I'm a pretty quiet person, but I will do my absolute best for everyone. If you have any questions, concerns, or just need help with something, please let me know! I love helping people out. Thanks for having me aboard!

Council - Gorpo Katrash - alt Gorpo Muadib
FB - Andre Palomino

Andre, aka Gorpo is from Brazil and has been with the FC for quite some time. He was a unanimous addition to our Council staff for his warm personality, willingness to go above and beyond to help everyone in the FC and for a time when he was away his presence was missed greatly. The rest of this entry is from Andre himself.

"When I started playing Final Fantasy XIV, I had one thing in mind: I will play the game with my wife, my brother, and a few selected friends, and that’s it… well, I couldn’t be more wrong.

I’m an avid gamer, I love games! Final Fantasy XIV is the first MMO I’m playing, mostly because my wife (Aria Dalish aka Paula) was so persistent, saying I would love it, while I insisted I would hate it (I was wrong again… LoL). My online experince with games were from shooters (I was playing Titanfall like a crazy man by the time), and when I thought about a game were I would NEED the community to advance, seemed like a bad idea. Shooters do not have a friendly community, and friends told me terrible WoW stories.

But she convinced me to try. We started our own Free Company, bought our own house, build our own world, nice and safe. But then there was content to be cleared, and we all know Duty Finder can be mean, so we started looking for people who would like to join us just so we could get our Primal EX clears.

My wife posted on a Facebook page, and minutes later Brian contacted her, then me. I remember he said we could be allied Free Companies, and if one day we felt we should change to 7C, we would all be welcomed… but we knew this would never happen, we would not let our carefuly crafted world behind…

Long history short: we left our FC! And we did it because 7C is such a great gaming family, where people care and respect each other, and this changed my idea about how I should play the game! Now you will find me (Gorpo) around 7C house, crafting and queueing! You can send me a /tell just to say hi, ask a game related question or ask for a craft, I’ll be happy to help you!"

Council - Ja Dore - alt Cinna Bon
FB - Ronnie Spruill

Je m'appelle Ja Dore. English: My name is Ja Dore. I was the 2nd ever Quartermaster of the FC and have just been promoted to Small Council. I liked to think of myself as Ariel (another Disney plug). I used to assist in maintaining our FC chest (Ariel's Grotto) by keeping it organized, monitor what goes in and out, ensure donations are noticed, tend gardens and chocobos. I am very adventurous and inquisitive. You will often find me doing random things across Eorzea. Now I'll be running weekly events which started with a Moogle EX run for the FC on 2/7/15, my very first night as an official Council Member. I enjoy every aspect of the game, adventuring solo and in groups, crafting, gathering, and helping out whenever I can.

I met Brian on FB and joined the FC shortly after. My gaming legacy started with FFXI in 2003. I've played Everquest, City of Heroes, and World of Warcraft to name a few. I love the social aspect of the games. (Ziro's Note: I literally was at the airport sitting with Sassie waiting on my plane back from FanFest in Vegas when I recruited Ronnie off Facebook. That recruitment turned into adding about 4 more fantastic people he referred later. He's been paying dividends ever since. This is why I always keep my eyes peeled for good folks looking for a home)

In real life I work for a legal service company, love going to the movies, spending time with my family and partner David (in game: Lucky Starbolt or Bubble Licious).

If you need anything or see me on, don't hesitate to say so. I'd be happy to be a part of your world.

Council - Mint Fiori alt - Maki Nishikino
FB - Philippe Dompierre

Mint here. They found me wandering around the area outside of Limsa and figured this lost person would be a great fit. Before I knew it I was second in command so….beware my power I guess. (Ziro's note and fun fact: Thalion Vale invited him after meeting him in a FATE) (This was written when Mint was our other Vizier he has since moved to Council member due to play time constraints.)

In all seriousness, I've been in the fc for what, half a year and it's what keeps me coming back day after day. I'm always willing to help out people with things, even to my own detriment as I often just drop whatever I was doing if someone asks for help. (Ziro's note: Try a year Phil ..6 months..hah time flies! He joined about a month after we started the FC in Dec of 2013)

Like probably all the people here, I am an avid gamer, my preferred genres being rpgs and fighting games. Boy do I like fighting games, name one and chances are I've got it, even weird obscure games. If you like fighting games as well feel free to add my psn, sonicboom2k, and we can get some matches going. Other than that I draw a bit on the side, nothing spectacular and own four cats. Four! I'm one third as crazy as Ziro is. I'm currently studying advertising and marketing in college and am in my first year. (Ziro's note: 1/3rd!? He's also from Canada and will show you no mercy in Blaz Blue…) (Mint's note: Still sore about that, huh?)

Don't be afraid to hit me up in game if something's up or you need help with something, I'm always happy to be of service.

Head Craftsman - Amaya Kiyohime
FB - Paula Toledo Palomino

(Captain Miles clears his throat) Amaya's officer page has been empty for so long I just had to fill some of it in! Amaya is always ready to brighten your day with some healing action! Along with her husband Gorpo, she forms the other half of the crafting power couple in our free company. She does so many things that get overlooked such as training everyone's chocobos and managing the FC chest. If you ever need help with crafting or mats always feel free to ask her. I hope she comes in soon to fill more out for herself.

Quartermaster - Ryan Setsuna
FB - Andrew Miller

Hi Ya! My name is Andrew and I've been playing MMO's for the past 12 years or so. The ones I've played are EQ1, EQ2, FFXI, DCUO, SW:TOR, Aion, CoH/CoV, WoW and I think that's all of them >_< lol. When it comes to battle classes I mostly play healers, and I love crafting (gathering not so much).

As for my time in 7C, I joined back in Jan of 2015 and was promoted to a master crafter as soon as i had all of my crafting to 50. I've recently taken over the position of Quarter master, so I'll be helping with keeping track of any donations made to the FC and keeping an eye out for what items we are in need of for the other crafters. If you have any questions please feel free to send me a tell in-game or a message on FB (just please tell me who you are in game if you go the FB route ^_^)
