Commander (Acting Leader in Leader's absence /Advisers) - Generally held by one or two people. If I am on vacation/business/leave of absence the Commander will be making decisions in the leaders absence. Same responsibilities as normal Small Council member with the following added tasks.
1: Taking disciplinary action of removing a troublesome member with the Small Council majority ruling in case of emergency or presented with enough undeniable evidence of violation of Code of Conduct. 2: Acting leader in my absence and held to standard of putting personal gains aside to make sure everything is running smoothly in the interim.
Unique Permissions: Changing Housing Greeting / Purchasing FC Bonus Perks
Officer - 4-6 Members depending on amount of active FC members.
Requirements to Earn/Keep rank: 1: 90 Days of (active) service or more with the FC. 2: Must be able to continuously perform duties expected or will be asked to step aside so that another member can be tasked with the responsibilities. (no exceptions - nothing personal - not a "demotion/punishment")
Responsibilities/Expectations 1: Ability to use sound judgement and diffuse situations that may go awry regardless of prior friendships/relationships 2: Enforce Code of Conduct at all times. If a member should violate C.O.C. or is causing issues within the FC it needs to be addressed and reported back to myself or Vizier (in my absence or if I am unavailable) 3: Utilize FC Website on a daily basis and keep up to date on Events and Promote those events to our members. Encourage members to use the Website as well. 4: Running Weekly events. Must be willing to if not schedule autonomously, at the very least take the helm if available to organize party and keep things flowing smoothly as the party/event/raid organizer. 5: Recruitment - Keep an eye out for possible additions to the FC and provide a positive interaction with those outside of our FC to make sure recruitment options are available and we are not giving ourselves a bad name. 6: Activity/Ease of Contact - Must remain active and have reliable method of contact. If we have an issue within the FC that needs addressing, unless you are away etc, I'd expect to be able to get crucial feedback from you in a timely fashion. If I cannot reach you or get feedback this is not the position for you.

Raid Leader
Please Note Raid Leader is a temporary position contingent upon someone running a static group for raid purposes. It may not always be occupied and at times, may not exist whatsoever if small council etc are running those groups already.
Requirements to earn/keep rank: 1: Be able to effectively communicate with raid team and be on time (with exceptions) for scheduled raid events. Continually prove that you are able to make sound judgement and be fair with expectations and encourage individuals to improve their performance without being malicious or causing issues within the FC. Handle loot drops in a diplomatic fashion. Hold all raid members equally responsible for keeping their status as a member of the group and not play favorites based on rank etc.
Responsibilities/Expecations 1: A Field General has complete autonomy when leading a raid within the FC code of conduct. Ranks mean absolutely nothing in these scheduled static/progression events and the Field General should be dictating strategy, loot drops, and who is and who is not capable of performing certain roles within the raid group. They will report back to me any issues/concerns about members of their respective teams and they and I will handle that issue in the best manner possible and ruffle as few feathers as possible. Keep in mind they are not considered an officer however for all intents and purposes when running a progression event they are in charge regardless of who, even myself, may be attending.
Expectations/Tasks - Keep an eye on the FC Coffers, promote members to contribute without being nasty about it, keep chest organized, let folks know what crucial items we may be needing. Keep an eye out for any misuse of company assets and report back to myself or a small council member. Keep an eye on gardening, make sure someone anyone, everyone, is tending the stuff on occasion to assist you. Manage airship ventures and upgrades. Feed chocobos and make sure if folks are leaving chocobos stabled for extended periods of time that they are cleaning the stables. Report any issues to Leader/Council. Activate/Deactivate/Purchase FC Buffs as specified by the FC Calendar.
Privileges: All listed at below ranks in addition to removal of Crystals from company chest for usage crafting for FC members/self
Mastercrafter - Specialty position. Requirements as follows.
1: Craft high level items with materials being provided and consideration of materials or crystals tip. 2: Must have all crafts leveled to 50 with intention of leveling all to 60.
Privileges: All listed at below ranks in addition to removal of Crystals from company chest for usage crafting for FC members/self.
Honor Guard
Requirements to earn/keep rank: 1: Stalwart member of the FC, Former small council member or long-tenured member. 2: Goes out of their way to help others, not always looking for personal advancement but the advancement of the group as a whole. Willing to assist in Dungeons, events, with little to no personal reward, only to assist their teammates. 3: At least 1 class/job/craft leveled to 60 on main character. 4: Assisted SIGNIFICANTLY and frequent with contributions to company coffer. (not trash mats - significant sums of gil, high end crafter mats etc) 5: Sign up for and attend FC Events, Raids etc. 6: Assisting in crafting items / consumables for FC members when needed within reason and provided materials are provided/offered. 7: Be able to take constructive criticism and not take it as an insult or become aggressive/withdrawn. 8: Help recruiting by bringing referrals to the FC and always represent us well in the community and be a good source of morale. 9: Being a leader in the community and well looked up to by FC mates without having an actual officer position. Performing duties exemplary of what FC staff would do.
Privileges: All listed below in addition to ability to invite/refer/recruit new members pending approval by a an council member. Access to Daily Message. Able to plant in garden.
Royal Guard Veteran member of the FC, active for at least 3 months of membership and contributing to the community of 7C as a whole. Responsibilities as follows. 1: Follow Code of Conduct at all times. 2: Maintain active presence in 7C and keep abreast of company activities via 7C site. Requirements. 1: Level 60 in one or more jobs 2: Participate in FC events / Utilize Website frequently 3: Has contributed toward FC goals/funding. Able to avoid code of conduct issues.
Privileges: Same as Veteran with addition of the following. Access to Tab 3 of the company chest.
Veteran - Veteran member of the FC, active for at least 1 month of membership and contributing to the community of 7C as a whole. Responsibilities as follows. 1: Follow Code of Conduct at all times. 2: Maintain active presence in 7C and keep abreast of company activities via 7C site.
Suggested actions to achieve next rank, contribute to FC coffers with gil donations, provide HQ materials for crafters via farming. Be helpful to your FC mates. Answer questions, pitch in when people are shouting for help. Do your best to be a positive influence of your FC mates and not bad for morale/negative. Privileges: Same as Footsoldier with addition of the following. Usage of Chocobo Stables. Airship Diadem missions. Access to Tab 2 of the company chest.
Footsoldier - New invitee, regardless of game experience level will start as a new recruit unless they have had previous association with the FC via being a Linkshell Member. Responsibilities are as follows. Follow Code of Conduct at all times. Nothing more, nothing less, and maintain a presence in 7C. Perform prerequisites for other ranks and be moved up accordingly.
Privileges: Access to Discord Voice Server / FC Website / Facebook Social Group. Access to only Tab 1 of the company chest. Orchestrion use.
Lost Souls - Inactive for 90 days or more. Returning from inactive status in most cases you will be placed right back where you were rank-wise prior. If someone gives no notice of absence via website, FB group or any other means of contact and is gone for 90 days or more they will immediately be placed into Lost Souls temporarily to avoid any possible breach of account allowing access to privileges within FC that could be dangerous/detrimental for a hacked acct to have access to. Inactivity with no notice for a period of 180 days or more will be grounds for dismissal from the FC on a case by case basis. Those members can always be invited back should they return to the game. The purpose of this rank is to keep tally of active members to base recruitment strategies off of. (Please use the website or let me know if you will be away.
